Il est impératif de porter un casque à cheval, en toutes circonstances (y compris les petiseros). Tout participant à un tournoi doit être
titulaire d’une licence FFP 2012 (Juniors 70 €/hcps négatifs 90 € / hcps 0 à 4 135 € et hcps 5 à 10 175 €)
Pour toute demande de nourriture spécifique pour les chevaux, un supplément sera facturé. Les boxes qui n’auront pas été vidés et
nettoyés après le départ de l’équipe feront l’objet d’une facturation complémentaire de 10 € par boxe pour le nettoyage.
Tout changement d’horaire, dans le planning des matchs doit être tout d’abord organisé entre les deux capitaines
concernés et en coordination avec les arbitres. Les matchs sont sujets à modifications en cas d’intempéries.
